Teltonika BAT120 DIN-Rail UPS Uninterruptible Power Supply (22W)

The Teltonika BAT120 DIN-Rail UPS Uninterruptible Power Supply is equipped with two 4-pin DC ports for power input and output. The input voltage ranges from 9V to 30V and output of 12VDC when operated from the battery. Acting as an uninterrupted power source, the BAT120 provides enough power from two 18650 Li-Io cells to keep a compatible Teltonika device working for up to 6 hours. The BAT120 has reverse and overvoltage protection for input and 3A overcurrent protection for output as safety features. This rugged and reliable uninterrupted power source is perfect for applications that require constant connectivity from Teltonika devices, even when power outages or fluctuations occur.

Uninterruptible Power Supply

The BAT120 is ideal for customers looking for a way to have stable internet despite fluctuations in the electrical grid. A compatible Teltonika device (sold separately, see accessories tab) can be connected to the BAT120, which then acts as a backup power source. In case of an electricity outage, the two 18650 Li-ion cells within the BAT120 store a charge that will power the connected device.

This uninterrupted power supply can store up to 5 hours’ worth of electricity, which is enough time to restore the primary grid. This backup battery lets a connected Teltonika device continuously transmit data and at the same time inform about the power outage. When BAT120 detects the absence of electricity, it powers the connected device with stored energy and sends a signal through the digital output, allowing the device to send out an alert. The connected Teltonika Networks device can have custom alerts set up that inform about an outage via SMS, HTTP POST/GET requests, or email.
